All searches are running normally. Vendor replacement is still ongoing but we’re able to recover 100% of searches.

We’re currently recovering all searches within the last 2 hours that have failed due to this issue. 95% of all searches are running with our temporary fix.

We’re still in process of replacing an AI provider that currently has blocked our searches and should have a solution soon.

We’ve deployed a temporary fix that has increased our search success rate from 25% to about 80%. We’re continuing to work on replacing an AI provider and will have updates soon.

An upstream AI provider is still out of capacity. We’re looking into replacements and hope to deploy a fix soon.
